1. Service description

IronPlate is a personalized fitness and nutrition guidance app designed for blue-collar and shift workers. The app provides workout plans, meal suggestions, and progress tracking based on the information you provide.

2. Subscription terms

IronPlate is offered as a monthly subscription of $5 USD per month after a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. On Day 8, your card on file is charged $5 and then once every 30 days thereafter. You can cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Paid time already used is non-refundable.

3. Free trial

New users receive one 7-day free trial. Cancelling before Day 8 prevents any charge. If you previously had a trial on this account, you may not be eligible for another.

4. Data retention and deletion

If your subscription ends (by cancellation or failed payment), your account enters a 7-day grace period during which all data is preserved and you can resubscribe to restore access instantly. After 7 days without resubscription, your account and all associated data (profile, workouts, meals, logs, personal records, photos) are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You can also delete your account immediately at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

5. Not a medical service

IronPlate is for general fitness and wellness purposes only. The content provided is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing condition, injury, are pregnant, or take prescription medication. You exercise at your own risk.

6. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (age, weight, height, health conditions, schedule). Inaccurate information can produce unsafe recommendations. You are responsible for assessing whether any exercise is safe to perform in your environment.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) share your account with another person, (b) reverse-engineer or scrape the app, (c) use the app for any unlawful purpose, (d) attempt to interfere with other users' accounts or with our infrastructure.

8. Limitation of liability

IronPlate, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or other harm arising from your use of the app, content, or recommendations, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app and cancel your subscription.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the app will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use IronPlate after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
